Pernil (Pork Shoulder)
In the above picture we have what is called a Pernil (pork shoulder). Traditionally, we eat this at every big family function or holiday. Below i will place the ingredients and the recipe.
Ingredients
Meat- 8 lbs pork shoulder
Garlic cloves
Garlic Powder
Adobo
Sazon
Sofrito
Pepper
White Vinegar
Mojo
Marinate 2 days before. Its is better if also put into an oven bag. The day of place oven on 350 and cook for 4 hours. Keep basting and one hr before take oven bag off and turn oven up a little so that the skin and top part gets crunchy. Bon appetite 😚😌
